CeCe Kensington is as pretentious and spoiled as they come. The ridiculous purses she shoulders around are as big as her attitude. And don’t get me started on her mile-long legs or full, glossy lips that are meant to be wrapped around a guy’s… If she only knew the dirty things I think about doing to that sassy mouth of hers, she'd be hightailing it back to her side of town.

When the beautiful boutique owner and sexy firefighter meet in the most unlikely situation, their two worlds collide, creating an explosion of misperceptions and combustible heat, trapping them in a fire they never saw coming.

Humoros, tele erotikával, rövid és szerethető. Ha valaki egy egyszerű, könnyed kis sztorira vágyik, bátran ajánlom.
Igaz akármennyire vártam is a könyvet, egy picit féltem, vajon hogy fogok viszonyulni Cece-hez. Ugye a Beautifully Insightful-ba már olvashattunk róla Emily legjobb barátjaként. Ő az a tipikus gazdag csajos csaj, márkás ruhákkal és óriási táskákkal. Engem ez egy kicsit elrettentett, féltem hogy mennyire fog ehhez társulni az elkényeztetett modor. Hát szerencsére semennyire. Cece nagyon jó fej, szuper a humora és a stílusa is. Egyáltalán nem nézett le másokat vagy ilyesmi.

" I will give you my purse but I swear to God, Fireboy, if anything happens to my dog I will punch your dick off. Got it?”

Már az első találkozása Gabriel Martinezzel hatalmas volt. A köztük levő kémia szinte tapintható, annak ellenére, hogy az elején mennyire nem bírták egymást.
Viszont tetszett, hogy nem húzták sokáig az egymásra találást. :)
Amit egy kicsit már soknak találtam, az az epilógus. Pedig azzal engem mindig meg lehet nyerni, de itt most sajnos nem sikerült. A röhejes ajándékról beszélek, amit Cece adott Emily 4 éves kislányának.
Ezt eltekintve mindent imádtam a könyvben, és alig várom KC következő könyvét.
